  • Recruitment Process

  • Document Examination → character & aptitude test → First Round of Interview → Second Round of Interview → Physical Examination → Final Employment

  • 01. Document Examination

  • You can apply by our website, recruitment site, post and e-mail.

  • 02. Document examination and character & aptitude test

  • Submitted documents – resume, a letter of self-introduction(experienced employee should focus on their career), certificates & authorized language certificates, diploma & transcript, career certification(relevant only) In case of passing the document examining, character & aptitude test

  • 03. First Interview

  • General Manager and person in charge of each field interview We estimate basic things such as major, grade, language skill, certificates. We decide first round of successful applicant by reviewing your submitted documents based on your qualification. We will call you personally for second interview, when you pass the first interview only.

  • 04. Second Interview

  • President and director interview We estimate employee with basic work ability, expertise and job performance ability. We also estimate job aptitude, the ability to adopt. We will estimate candidate’s character, qualification, ability with application (on-line job application letter, e-mail, post). We will choose the final successful applicants considering recruiting plan.

  • 05. Physical Examination and Successful Applicants Notice
